Shipping Policy

At Festive Collective, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and securely, so you can enjoy your festive knitwear as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing tracking from dispatch through to delivery.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges are calculated as follows:

£4.95 for the first item
£1.00 for each additional item in the same order

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@festivecollective.co.uk and we'll be happy to investigate with Royal Mail.
